Service Description
Maternity Sessions are designed to celebrate this season in a natural, beautiful, and relaxed way. Sessions can take place in studio and/or outdoors, and family is always welcome to be included. Maternity Mini Session A shorter, streamlined session perfect for capturing a handful of meaningful maternity images. This option is ideal for those wanting a simple experience with beautiful results. One- Hour Maternity Session This one hour session allows more time for movement, connection, and variety. With unlimited outfit changes and the option to photograph in the studio and/or outdoors, we'll create a collection of images that feel personal and timeless. You'll receive 60+ fully edited, high resolution images, delivered in an online gallery with full print rights.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session or rental with Jessica Snider Photography, the client agrees to the following policies and terms: Booking & Payment • A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your session date and time. • Your session is not considered booked until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is on file. • The remaining balance is due one week before session. Cancellations & Rescheduling • The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of illness, weather concerns, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies. • One courtesy reschedule may be offered at the photographer’s discretion, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the session. • Sessions will be rescheduled in case of sickness or harsh weather on part of the photographer and will be rescheduled promptly. Late Arrivals • Late arrivals will not receive extended time, as it impacts other scheduled clients. Safety & Assumption of Risk • Clients understand that photography sessions may take place on private property, in studio spaces, outdoors, occasionally with live animals or on uneven surfaces. • Jessica Snider Photography assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur to clients or their guests during sessions. • By booking, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the session. Children & Supervision • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision of their children at all times during the session. Do not allow children unattended outdoors as we have animals and open water nearby. Property Respect & Damages • All clients and guests agree to treat the studio, props, sets, animals (if applicable), and property with respect. Please stay off of private yards. • Any intentional or negligent damage caused to studio property, props, equipment, or sets may result in repair or replacement fees billed to the client. Image Delivery • Images are delivered within 3-4 weeks of session. • Artistic style, editing, and image selection are at the photographer’s discretion. • Unedited images are not provided.
